Meditation, the study of mindfulness. After trying many different types of ways to help deal with my anxiety. I ran into mindfulness meditation. It is the process of sitting there and focusing on your breathing, while keeping your mind as clear as possible. It took a lot of practice to be able to keep my mind clear while trying to meditate. But, what I found while practicing this type of mediation is that it helped with my anxiety drastically. I would just sit there and put some nature music on, in the background, and think about the anxiety flowing away from my body. It really helps mentally, spiritually and overall. It also helped me build the mind to body connection, so when my mind was going crazy at night, or I was having anxiety before a test, I would be able to just sit there, close my eyes, and breath. Look into meditation, you don’t have to do the same type of meditation that I do, there are many, many different types of mediation out there. Experiment with some, and choose what works for you!


The type of meditation that I have practiced and developed, is one of the best things that I have learned to do to control my anxiety levels. please let me know if this was helpful and I will see you all tomorrow, and again, stay strong out there!
