
My Anxiety
Hello everyone!! My name is Cullen H, I am 17 and about to graduate high school, I have dealt with anxiety for most of my life, once high school started my anxiety got a lot worse, and I mean a lot worse….So when that happened I needed to learn some ways to help deal with my anxiety. To be completely honest with you guys, I am still learning more myself, but I have came a tremendous way with my fight against anxiety, I have learned many different tactics and lifestyle changes to help deal my anxiety and minimize it. So the main reason I started this blog was to help other people fight against anxiety and minimize it!

So my anxiety has consisted of a bunch of different symptoms, ranging from little things like overthinking about getting dressed in the morning, to detrimental symptom’s like depersonalization and derealization, for those of you who have not heard of DPDR, it is the feeling of being detached from yourself and reality, the way I put it is, feeling like you are in a dream. I have dealt with this since my freshman year of high school, and to be completely honest, it sucks, but I have developed many different lifestyle changes to help deal with it, and again, to be honest I am still struggling from DPDR, but I believe that in this blog me and everyone reading this, can help fight anxiety and symptoms like DPDR!! In my next blog tomorrow I will be going over my first tactic to help reduce anxiety and other symptoms of anxiety!! So I will talk to everyone tomorrow and I hope you would like to stick along for this journey!!
