Fight Against Anxiety

Hello everyone! I’m sorry I haven’t kept up with what I promised, I’ve been lost in many different aspects of my life recently. So I’ve been trying to figure it out, but I think by sharing it with you guys and talking about it here will help other people and myself, who are going through the same issue!
