Communication

One of the biggest things that I believe helps with anxiety, is communicating with someone you can trust. Find that one, two, or three people that you can trust to talk too! When you can sit down and talk to somebody about how you feel, it can truly help so much! For me, it feels kind of like a brain dump. It helps clear my mind when I can sit there and talk to someone about how I feel and what I am struggling with. So, find those people that you can trust and feel your anxiety levels go down!! Sorry this was a short blog, I’ve had a long tiring day, but tomorrow’s will be much longer!!

Talk to those trusted people!!!!
