


Sleep, So I am a bit of a hypocrite with this one…but I have been working on it lately! But I notice that when i sleep 4-5 hours a night my anxiety levels are typically higher. On the other hand, when I sleep 8-9 hours a night my anxiety levels are a lot lower. For me, though, it is more about having a set sleep schedule, so even if I’m sleeping 8 hours a night, but it is from 2am-10am, etc. my anxiety will still be higher. So, what I’ve been trying to do is to be asleep by 10pm and wake up at 6am. When I do this my anxiety levels are definitely lower! But really it comes down to your schedule too. If you have to work at 8am, etc, you can sleep from 11-7! Really though, do what makes you feel the best and experiment with different sleep schedules and times! I know a lot of people are more productive at night, so if that is you, create a sleep schedule around that so that you still feel good everyday!
